Delete your Hold the Rope account

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information that goes with it at any time.

  1. Visit our support page using the button below.
  2. Ask us to delete your account, and include the email address you use to sign in to the Hold the Rope app.
  3. We'll confirm your request by email and let you know once your account has been deleted.

What happens to your information

Deleting your account removes your profile and sign-in, and the personal information tied to them. Records of past donations are kept as needed for tax and financial reporting.
